Pierides Museum: Sculpture, gold jewellery , ceramics, bronze weapons and tools, figurines and inscriptions, dated from the Prehistoric (1400 BC) until the Hellenistic period (1 st century AD) are presented for the first time in exhibition “3200 years of Cypriot Hellenism: From Ishtar to Aphrodite', giving visitors the chance to admire unique treasures. The signature piece featured in the exhibition is a marble torso of the goddess Aphrodite of the Hellenistic period (1 st century AD).
